Our Polar Experience guide team has wrapped up an intensely beautiful Arctic Circle Trail Expedition in Sisimiut, Greenland this week.
Manu, Henk-Jan, Rob, Brecht & Karin guided an enthusiastic private group of 16 participants along the 160 kilometre Arctic Circle Trail between Kangerlussuaq and Sisimiut.
Their journey lasted 12 magically challenging days, with temperatures hovering around a brutal -30°C during their initial progress. Each day the group discovered new polar wonders in their midst, not the least of which included the mythical Northern Lights in their night sky.
Our team is now in various stages of transit as they make their way home.
Congratulations to all for an impressive performance during this Greenland winter expedition. Respect!
